Purchase your Restylane® package with us and follow up every six months or sooner and be rewarded with Restylane® Rewards Benefit Checks. After your first Azura Medical Spa Restylane® treatment you will begin to receive your checks, simply keep the check and redeem it on your next visit to Azura Medical Spa and we will match the check amount, which will be applied to your treatment. Rewards grow through time and include a 5th treatment bonus, a $200 treatment voucher towards your next Restylane® treatment. All clients completing ALL 5 treatments at Azura Medical Spa will receive a $200 gift certificate to be used specifically for your 6th treatment.

Refer your friends and family to Azura Medical Spa and we’ll reward your patronage with gift certificates! For each person referred to Azura Medical Spa we will apply a $10 off credit to your account. Refer 4 friends and family within 1 year and Azura will reward you with an additional $100 gift certificate good for any service at Azura Medical.
